Cancer can feel incredibly isolating. With nearly 20 years of experience working with individuals impacted by cancer, I understand the emotional, relational, and existential shifts that often come with any type of cancer diagnosis. Cancer has a way of reshaping priorities, clarifying values, and redefining relationships. I offer individual and couples coaching designed to provide support, strategies, and a compassionate space to help you navigate life during and after treatment. Whether you’re seeking guidance on coping, finding meaning, or embracing life more authentically, I’m here to walk alongside you. Services are available nationwide via virtual sessions, making support accessible wherever you are. Together, we’ll explore the strategies and solace you need to move forward with greater confidence and peace of mind

Education and Experience

For over 20 years, I’ve worked directly with cancer patients, survivors, and their loved ones, helping them navigate the emotional and practical challenges of a diagnosis. Since leading my first support group in 2002, I’ve remained deeply committed to improving the lives of those facing cancer.

I’ve worked in academic medical centers and within nonprofit organizations focused on the emotional, cognitive, and relational impact of cancer. For the past six years, I was part of the team behind Steps Through OC, a program providing emotional support to individuals and caregivers affected by ovarian cancer.

I’m committed to ensuring that everyone impacted by cancer—those diagnosed and those who love them—has a space to process their experience and find meaningful support. That commitment led me to coaching, where I offer personalized guidance to help people navigate life with and after cancer.

Having a coach in your corner can bring intention, authenticity, and relief to a time that often feels overwhelming. Talking openly about how cancer affects you—with someone who has listened deeply to hundreds of others on this path—can bring a deep sense of connection and release.
